The responsiveness and problem solving initiative shown by The Water Lab, when undertaking a flow and load survey at Kilagoley and Enniscorthy WWTP, resulted in a very successful outcome to the project. All information was provided within the agreed timeframe, with additional onsite observations adding value to the final reports. We look forward to working with The Water Lab in the future.
RPS Consulting engineers have engaged the services of The Water Lab for the provision of laboratory services on an as required basis for projects for the last 4 years. We have found the service provided to be exceptionally professional and efficient, the wide range of tests available has addressed our laboratory testing requirements for flow and load surveys as utilised in the Bagnelstown Capability assessment for the Waste Water treatment plant and chemical process analysis for the Allergan chemical sterilisation process proving. In both projects, the level of customer support was excellent with team member from the water lab addressing queries and concerns promptly. The thoroughness of the results, the test methodologies set out clearly and the reports were concise and unambiguous. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
